Note that this is the initial site in which the Eye House was conceived. It can be built anywhere in London, in a public space, without consuming much surface on the ground. The ground floor could possibly be used as an info-kiosk and for storage.

  •   The experimental living space on the upper floor is accessible directly from the street by a special ladder, adding to the drama to get there.

  •   This space has an unusual spatiality combining a static symmetrical structure with dynamic centrifugal forces to the sky in both opposed directions along the longest diagonal.

  •   The space can be set in function <empty> for yoga and meditation, <bedroom>, <bath>, <storage access> thanks to a folding floor and the technical slab between the upper space and the ground floor.

  •   Polygonal paintings are made directly on the internal face of the folding floor and introduce a changing colour scheme when the panels are opened.
